About The Position
As an HR Senior Partner, you will get the opportunity to have a huge impact on building up a Global HR function within all aspect of HR.
You will be responsible for deploying core HR processes across our organization and will be a key partner in supporting our business to achieve our goals and to ensure that the most appropriate services and programs are developed and delivered to drive performance within Ports Group/BRANDIT.
Areas of responsibility
As an HR Partner, you will support the entire employee lifecycle and help to ensure Ports Group/BRANDIT has appropriate HR Support on all matters relating to employee relations, administration, and recruitment.
- Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the company’s strategy
- Contribute to HR team goals and objectives and assist in establishing HR measurements to support the strategic goals
- Drive the development of local HR policies in alignment with applicable regulation and global principle and maintain employee handbook
- Communicate and train managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, programs, and regulations etc.
- Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees, including workshops and manuals
- Assists in the annual salary review process and bonus programs
- Support implementation and progress on performance management, including training
- Provide benefit administration services and assist employees with claim issues
- Participating in recruitment of specialists in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition
- Responsible of onboarding program and graduate program (coordination and facilitating)
- Supporting the business with HR Analyses, KPI’s, statistics and reports
- Ensure compliance with labour law and support the organization with knowledge about labour law
Qualifications
We imagine that you have:
- Several years of working experience as HR Business Partner in large matrix organization.
- Academic degree, preferably within HR, Psychology, Sociology or Business Management.
- Experience in facilitating processes and discussions, mediating and coaching leaders.
- Experience with recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational planning
- Knowledge and experience within employee communications, training and development and regulatory compliance
- A good communicator and proactive in the interaction with the different key stakeholders internally as well as globally
- Always looking for options, a go getter ’er, energic and a real team player with a positive mindset
- Project management experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
