BRANDIT is looking for someone to fill the position of Client Support Consultant in our Malta office to start as soon as possible.

As a Client Supporter you will be responsible for providing the best support towards our international clients. We expect you to love client contact, to be dedicated when dealing with different support issues and have a high-level service approach to your work. You will help us to enhance the ‘client experience’ of our existing and new clients.
You must see the possibilities instead of the problems and enjoy working with clients with a high level of responsibility. High quality is extremely important for us, meaning that precision and carefulness are key for us.
This role is suitable for someone who works well without constant supervision, is service oriented, has experience in client support and has a good attention to detail.
Primary tasks and responsibilities to include:
- Registrations, transfers and updates of domain names
- Day-to-day client support on the phone and email
- Weekly project status reports to the clients
- Contact with the authorities and technical providers on an operational day-to-day basis
- Other administrative tasks connected to client support
Experience and key competencies include:
- Relevant education and prior work experience in the field of client support or domain name management required
- Being used to communicating with the clients on the phone and email
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
- Self-driven with a big engagement
- High client focus
- Great detail on quality and agreed procedures
